Notification Services: To send high wave alerts and daily morning forecast push notifications
Settings Persistence: To maintain your custom safety thresholds, favorite locations, and display preferences

4. Data Retention

Location Data: Used immediately and not stored
App Settings: Stored locally on your device, automatically deleted when the app is uninstalled
Push Tokens: Deleted when you disable notifications or uninstall the app

5. Third-Party Data Sharing

We do not share your personal information with third parties.

Exceptions may apply only in the following cases:

When you have given prior consent
When required by law or by lawful requests from law enforcement agencies

6. Data Deletion

We delete personal information immediately when the purpose of collection is achieved or when retention periods expire.
